The Customer Enablement Manager—Scopio for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for overseeing Scopio installations and ensuring customer adoption within a Clinical Laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the project management team on all aspects of Scopio instrumentation and data management. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, efficient operation, and optimal performance of the laboratory solution implementation.

This position is part of the Sales team located in the USA and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Sales team and report to the National Sales Manager responsible for the Scopio business in the United States. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with sales to prepare late-stage sales targets for successful implementation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Implementation, Marketing) to ensure the proper resources are involved to execute the project.

  • Consult with Laboratory Managers and Hematopathologists on new workflow ideas.

  • Ensure operational and clinical staff have a firm grasp of technology and its benefits.

  • Leverage DBS tools and participate in business Kaizens or other problem-solving sessions to assist in improving Scopio-related situations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • B.S. Degree in a life science field with 5+ years of experience

  • Advanced understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with a heavy emphasis on the Hematology environment.

  • Experience managing multi-functional projects or teams.

  • Previous experience in a teaching or training role involving laboratorians and/or clinicians

  • Willing and able to work out of home-based office and travel around 50% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • IT systems and processes

  • Background in Medical Technology and work experience

  • Familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices, including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, COLA)

The salary range for this role is $100,000-120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
