The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in both Illinois state and federal courts
- Strong organization and communication skills (must be able to provide writing sample prior to interview)
- Excellent research and analytical skills
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the defense of numerous case files
- Drafting and arguing routine and substantive motions
- Handling all aspects of discovery
