Where We Need You

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing SAP team.

What You Can Expect

Senior Managers take the lead role in strengthening our relationships with key clients and provide seamless guidance in the completion of these engagements. The Solution Architect role will be a leader within the SAP practice . They will be responsible for identifying client needs and engineering solutions to convey the capabilities of the SAP S/4HANA solution for Finance and Operations with an industry specialization such as Consumer Product & Goods (CPG) or Manufacturing & Distribution (M&D). They will be responsible for being a functional subject matter expert and leveraging that experience to support our client delivery teams as well as provide client facing presentations and demos of the solutions. Finally, they will have an opportunity to sell those solutions as well as SAP S/4HANA Public and Private licensing associated with the professional services required to implement that solution.

Senior Managers have a solid understanding of their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry. Senior Managers have the opportunity to develop new projects at loyal clients and also help identify new developing clients. Senior Managers are responsible for the success of all client related work within their portfolio and manage the success of these engagements. Senior Managers develop lasting relationships within the business community and are respected for their areas of expertise.

    Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Experience leading and implementing SAP S/4 HANA Public and/or Private cloud solutions

  • Knowledge of SAP solution design and key elements of SAP architectures

  • Solutioning

  • Assist client pursuits in solutioning deals that leverage SAP S/4HANA for Finance and Operations

  • Provide direction and assistance to key practice leaders and MDs on the benefits and practical challenges of using SAP S/4HANA

  • Staying up to date with the latest enhancements to the SAP S/4HANA solution

  • Services

  • Develop standard vertical based demos and solutions

  • Design presentations to facilitate interest in the SAP S/4HANA solution

  • Provide guidance and expertise on functionality within the SAP S/4HANA applications

  • Lead client presentations and client information gathering sessions

  • Licensing

  • Work with the SAP alliance team to establish standards in licensing

  • Conduct regular meetings with SAP to discuss opportunities

  • Deep Industry Experience such as Consumer Products & Goods, Manufacturing and Distribution, etc.

  • Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers.

  • Experience leading complex SAP projects working with cross-functional teams of Business, IT, and Compliance team

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuous learn and share knowledge

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and oral skills, and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences

  • Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries

  • Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities

  • Ability to network and build relationships

    Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline ( e.g. MIS, CIS) required

  • 9+ years in a related field required , preferably in professional services and/or industry

  • Certifications related SAP S/4HANA Sell Authorization (e.g., Sales Executive, Customer Engagement Executive, Presales Consultant) or LOB Solution Consultant.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments .

    Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$134,000.00 - $215,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$152,760.00 - $245,100.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
