Overview
What You’ll Do:
The Associate Director, Solutions Architect will draw on their experience and expertise in media and data strategy as it relates to the technology and platforms solutions marketplace to intersect and drive synergy between data, advanced analytics, and marketing strategy. Most importantly, they will take a consultative, partnership-driven approach in driving the client's business results forward through data-driven strategy, product recommendation and implementation, and in-depth marketplace knowledge.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in data-driven media strategy, and consumer insights with in-depth knowledge of data, platforms and the advertisement technology marketplace. Must haves include a proven track record of team and thought leadership, and managing key stakeholder relationships including executive and c-suite internal and external stakeholders, impeccable communication skills and demonstrated ability to present, lead meetings, and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
Guide and drive use of data and technology to impact media strategies for brands based on business objectives
Includes collaboration across to Strategy, Investment, and Analytics to oversee the deployment and activation of marketing technologies
Multi-year future state visioning of existing solutions
Evaluate new and current data & technology partners and new approaches for greatest client impact
Pioneer innovative approaches & solutions to address business objectives (via custom solutions) and industry gaps (via agency product development)
Serve as the marketplace representation for Starcom’s MarTech & Data Practice and its impact on client businesses
Understand how platform/data technologies work and offer the ability to explain technical concepts in ordinary terms (be technically savvy - understand the opportunities and limitations)
Communicate opportunities, learnings and recommendations with authority and credibility
Be able to clearly translate technical capabilities into marketing use cases or value
Create customized approaches and content based off the unique brand needs
Proactively identify opportunities for a brand rooted in technical capabilities, data, and processes (either current or potential)
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in consulting (strategy or operations), digital and advanced analytics, marketing technology, digital strategy, buying, or product
Experience with mobile platforms (tracking, measurement)
Strong entrepreneurial mind-set with the drive to dig in, problem solve, and evolve solutions
Ability to cultivate relationships with internal teams, technology partners, and clients, with the ability to manage a variety of priority projects
Able to structure a project into tasks, prioritize based on what's important, and loop in cross-functional counterparts
Excellent communication skills – written and oral. Utilizing these communication skills to “manage up” on deliverables and status of various projects
Proven ability to present to clients and adapt at the altitude of delivering information based on the audience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $110,580- $158,865 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
