As the Associate Account Manager, you are responsible for servicing and retaining Cyber & Professional insurance clients. You are also responsible for providing support to Sales Executives and/or Account Managers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-selling and up-selling on the team by helping AM’s with Critical Path scorecards and corresponding benchmarking analysis

  • Prepare and send renewal solicitation emails to account teams 120 days in advance of all renewals, and set up PREN activity in EPIC

  • If marketing set up AMMK with proper submission activities for each carrier approached

  • If not marketing set up proper RENA in EPIC

  • Support all aspects of the invoicing process working with the team in Waunakee WI.

  • Help with post-renewal deliverables including following up for subjectivities, binders (including binder extensions or changes), and policies

  • Help with checking policies to their corresponding binder / complete proper policy checklist / update EPIC accordingly

  • Generate a Policy Deliver Letter and attach to an email with policies to Producer / AE

  • Confirm on all renewals that EPIC has been properly updated – add any missing documents as necessary to complete files

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

  • Property and Casualty producer’s license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire

  • Proficient with standard office computer tools; i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work in a positive team environment and independently

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: High school or equivalent
