Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director is to work collaboratively and independently to support the overall Executive Education business with a particular focus on open enrollment program operations across several modalities (in person, online and blended) with a primary focus on logistics and operational excellence. This role will support the Global Program Management and Global Program Operations team by managing client relations from initial contact through close of program execution. Working with the Global Program Operations team, the Assistant Director facilitates inter-office alignment on faculty and client information details utilizing superior communication skills and traceable documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Develops metrics and associated reports.
  • Monitors and improves ongoing operational processes as needed.
  • Plans and hosts best practice meetings to collect information to identify gaps in operational processes.
  • Engages with prospective clients and participants on all Executive Education program offerings, including scheduling and course objectives.
  • Acts as the owner and primary point of contact for open enrollment participants and custom clients before, during, and after Executive Education programs to ensure all accounts, receivables are collected.
  • Monitors open enrollment registrations and works in conjunction with the Enrollment team to convert interested registrants to paid participants.
  • Maintains resource guides for program activities outside of the classroom. Examples include company visits, restaurant venues, and experiential activities.
  • Coordinates with various vendors on Booth branded materials.
  • Processes and tracks program account payables within Oracle and authorizes payments for program operations related expenses.
  • Plans, organizes, and executes all logistics related to select in-person and live online programs, including catering and vendors, LMS, coordinating classroom IT/AV and other facilities on beh lf of the program. Supports program delivery and works with clients ahead of and on program days.
  • Delivers programs and other projects.
  • Attends weekly meetings, including the program logistics and Global Operations team meetings.
  • Assists with managing the day-to-day operations of executive or professional degree programs with a moderate level of guidance.
  • Assists with developing program objectives, long-term goals, and procedures, which requires expanded knowledge and experience in this area. Plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of programs, initiating revisions as needed.
  • Performs other related work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
