Qualifications

Responsible for analysis of complex business workflow issues, understanding business needs. Facilitate communications with several teams across organization and clients to improve business processes. Understands business needs and translate it into technical specifications. Provides support in identifying, evaluating, and testing systems and procedures that meet user requirements. Primary focus will be in US based Medical Research for compliance and ethics.

The position expectations are:

  • Facilitates communications with product management teams and clients to understand product needs and priorities

  • Elicits business and functional requirements, including requirement documentation creation as it pertains to new products, tools, or solutions

  • Reviews the as-is and future state business processes

  • Recommends and performs issue resolutions that are within the workflow processes

  • Learns about specific business needs rapidly through analysis by using fit/gap analysis, feasibility studies, and business cases

  • Ability to learn expertise in a line of business

  • Provides timely inputs to Product teams, Product Committee for features that will add value to our clients and businesses

  • Acts as a mediator between client and Product teams to facilitate business processes efficiently and effectively

  • Assist in the development and execution of best practices, techniques, and tools as needed for providing escalated support

  • Reviews peer requirements and provides mentorship to other Business Analysts

  • Availability outside of normal business hours for infrequent time sensitive requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • U.S. work authorization is required

  • Remote position (Flexible living locations)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Information Systems, Analytical Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields

  • A minimum of 1 years of Business Analyst experience

  • Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal communication with ability to engage with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial) through direct/web technologies

  • Excellent organizational, time-management and meeting facilitation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of key concepts and processes within the Software Development Life Cycle as well as process and workflow management

  • Experience with an ERP such as Workday, Workday HCM or Salesforce

  • Experience in Medical Research Administration a plus and experience in Grants and Award Management an extra plus, but not required

The estimated base salary for this job is $60,000 - $80,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $64,800 - $89,600. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
