This is a great opportunity to demonstrate strong customer service skills in the River North area.
Responsibilities:
* Face of the office- sit at the front desk, make and receive phone calls, and welcoming in patients.
* Registering new patients into the system
* Utilize strong customer service skills to enter data into systems.
* Building the business - Will interact with new patients daily, must be able to form friendly relationships with clientele
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Friendly and confident in customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
