Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Accountant with a highly successful organization. Your responsibilities in this role
Facilitating full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Data entry
Prepare journal entries monthly
Investigating and fixing account discrepancies
Making sure that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct
Aiding in audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
Performing other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned Requirements - At minimum, 1 year of relevant accounting experience
Preferred education is an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Foundational knowledge in Corporate Treasury
Treasury experience
Solid understanding of cash forecasting
Cash management experience
Strong familiarity with Foreign Currency
Great attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
