Responsibilities
You’ll spearhead the strategy and development for integrated projects and ensure ever-improving service across a large client team. Day to day, your role includes:
Partnering with multiple clients to align their goals for CRM and Digital marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team
Acting as a strategic partner displaying powerful presentation skills that invite participation and drive desired outcomes
Ensuring work is client-ready by paying astute attention to detail
Working alongside the agency strategy team to direct lifecycle and loyalty program customer strategies and optimizations
Leading cross-capability teams responsible for the customer engagement and messaging strategy, creative development, and execution of communications across multiple owned digital channels (email, push, app)
Driving collaboration between strategy, analytics, and technology execution teams on regular testing strategies, analyses, reporting, and optimization implementation
Partnering closely with Technology and Data teams to elevate roadmaps for marketing technology capabilities and data integration
Leading and contributing to CRM business performance recaps
Using analysis to drive decisions that yield sustained, measurable results
Serving as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the agency externally – and acting as the trusted voice of the customer by bringing insights into creative strategy and marketing program development
Fostering an environment of partnership with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners
Acting as a mentor and trusted advisor to team members
Keeping sustainable, long-term client relationships by mitigating risk and ensuring account profitability
Partnering with Senior Leadership to set goals and plan for future fiscal year(s), and working closely with Project Management and Client Finance on forecasting, billing, and reconciling fee and PT budgets
Qualifications
We’re looking for a talented Account Director with impressive work experience, explicitly including (but not limited to) CRM, which typically includes:
An unwavering passion for marketing, and an unstoppable drive to bring the best work to life
Proven ability to manage multiple high complexity projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
Integrated Agency model experience is a plus (working with many agency teams apart from your own in service of single client effort)
Familiarity with CRM-specific technology or 3P tools, such as Braze, Klaviyo, or MoEngage and data platforms such as Epsilon PeopleCloud, Oracle, or Experian
Strong understanding of an omni-channel marketing ecosystem and customer-led marketing strategies
Four years of college education and seven to nine years of experience – including five years at a creative agency (both client side and digital agency experience desirable); MBA degree preferred
Strong experience managing client relationships, managing a marketing team and developing marketing strategy
Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients
Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
Proven project management and performance management skills – you’re known for your ability to coach and develop talent, inspire and drive change, and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectively
Superb communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and engaging
Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience

Compensation Range: $96,950 - $137,865 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
