国内外購買業務経験5-7年
戦略的アプローチ、戦略的思考
製造業での業務経験(エレベーター業界、電機業界、自動車業界、重工業業界歓迎)
【求められるスキル・経験】
図面からのコスト見積り及びコスト分析 QCDサプライヤー評価 他部門、海外部門とのコミュニケーション、交渉 サプライヤーとの価格・納期交渉 サプライヤーリスクマネジメント 英語 ビジネスレベル(メール、会議、電話、レポート作成、プレゼンテーション(資料作成と発表))

一次面接:購買部長、NOLEC総務部長、
(テストセンターにて筆記試験)
二次面接:人事部長、NOLEC Contract Logistics & Parts Center Mngr、サプライチェーン統括部長
Roles:
Execute mainly mechanical parts/component direct purchasing for elevator and escalator.
Negotiation on price & business condition with vendors.
Execute Cost analysis & price negotiation.
Execute lead time management.
Execute supplier risk management
Lead sourcing strategies & projects to drive forward.
Initiate improvement plan for working process and drive forward.
Responsibility:
Cost control for the assigned category, progress reporting, and achieving savings targets.
Secure sustainable & stable supply from suppliers.
Communicate in English in a meeting.
Make reporting materials and review in English.
Cost analysis refer to the drawing.
