As a Recruiting Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow with a high-volume pipeline of PhD Software Engineers and Research Scientists. You will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies for one of our largest demands in technical hiring. You will lead a team of staffing professionals and work with engineering teams across the world. The position is full-time.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead a team of recruiters responsible for Machine Learning, Systems/Infra, and Core Data Science hiring — including development of recruiting strategy, goal-setting, performance management, day-to-day task management

  2. Provide care, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team, following a strengths-based approach to people management

  3. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet PhD Intern hiring and intern program needs across the US, and partner closely with global counterparts to ensure consistencies across regions

  4. Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and engineering client groups

  5. Create innovative strategies that ensure a high-touch candidate experience

  6. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with recruiting team and client groups

  7. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. HRBP, Legal, PMs, recruiting partners, etc.)

  8. Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of recruiting experience with growing technical organizations

  2. 4+ years of people management experience

  3. Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions

  4. Demonstrated experience effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally with senior business leaders

  5. Experience managing a team of 5 or more sourcers and/or recruiters

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of University Recruiting Experience

  2. Experience hiring technical intern talent

  3. Exceptional data analysis and analytical skills

  4. Experience working with technical PhD candidates

  5. Strong organizational and time management skills

  6. Experience leading projects and programs within early-in-career recruiting

  7. Experience managing people managers and leaders
