49 Degrees North Food Services Supervisor in Chewelah, Washington
49° North is seeking an individual to add to our Food & Beverage Department management team. This winter season we are expanding our operational schedule and have an opening for a F&B Supervisor to support our Food & Beverage Director. Applicants should be outgoing and team oriented, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
Qualifications include prior experience in professional food service settings, including food prep, cooking, and cashiering. A WA Food Worker Card is required in the role. Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high production environment, and have prior experience managing other personnel. Reliability and punctuality are critical traits.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee daily F&B operations; Supervise frontline F&B Department staff, including food preparation and service, cashiers, and lodge attendants; Manage the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen spaces; Provide and promote exceptional customer service; Manage labor based on business levels/traffic flow; Communicate with the F&B Director and other Supervisors regarding supplies/inventory and other operational needs; Work with other departments and supervisors to better serve our guests.
