Job Description
The Executive Education & Advisory Associate is responsible for contributing to the development, roll-out and execution of advisory and custom education offerings and public enrollment courses. The Associate conducts research, builds slides, schedules, and other materials for course development and writes reports for advisory clients, creating recommendations and presentations for client-facing products related to corporate citizenship – environmental, social, and governance topics. The ideal candidate will be aware of, or interested to learn about, international standards of business conduct, reporting frameworks, social investment, and environmental sustainability. They will be experienced in content research, data analysis and presentation. They will assist members in accessing Center resources, determining which executive education program to attend, and supporting with the education or advisory projects while ongoing
Reporting to the Director, Executive Education & Advisory Products, responsibilities include:
Generate work plans and manage project timelines for advisory and custom programming
Manage project-related assignments; achieve results through determining priority items, planning and allocating resources to meet those priorities, and managing to deadlines.
Design PowerPoint slide decks, Word documents, and other mediums for presentations used in client-facing environment. Update existing material with careful editing and an eye for detail.
Communicate comfortably and manage the demands of members in a positive, service-oriented manner at all stages of the work
Identify relevant data sources, collecting and analyzing that information, conducting thorough evaluations, and communicating results to members.
Conduct benchmarking studies; may involve interviews/surveys; data analysis, and report writing.
Design content for use in multiple advisory projects
Develop subject matter knowledge by reading and synthesizing academic research into key takeaways
Organize and host regular webinar and virtual events as needed
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with diverse external and internal stakeholders

Non-senior level $57,800- $72,250; 0-3 years related experience
Senior level $63,800-$79,750; 3+ years related experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Good analytical, organizational, and rhetorical skills
Facility with PowerPoint, and other presentation platforms preferred (Articulate, Adobe, Canvas, etc.)
