Job Title: HVAC Installer
Job Description
We are hiring HVAC Installers to join our residential/commercial install team. You will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, ensuring all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company policies.
Responsibilities
Install HVAC Systems: Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential buildings, following manufacturer specifications and company policies.
Wiring and Connections: Perform wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment, ensuring all electrical and gas connections are safe and secure.
Ductwork Installation: Install flex and sheet metal duct systems, ensuring proper airflow and system efficiency.
System Testing and Start-Up: Conduct start-up procedures on air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate correctly and efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations to homeowners and addressing any questions or concerns.
Essential Skills
5 years experience in HVAC Installation
Experience with blueprint reading, installation, and use of power tools
Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
Proficiency in using hand tools and construction equipment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
EPA certification is a plus
Clean driving record

Work Environment
You will be working for customers around the Richmond, VA area. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesterfield, Virginia.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
