As a highly motivated and results-drivenMulti-UnitSales Manager in the cellular/carrier industry, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experiencedassociatesto achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations.
What will you do?
Recruit, lead, coach, guide, mentor,developandmanagea team of Wireless Sales Pros.
Inspire&motivateateam to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets
Demonstrate a player-coach approach towork,leadingbyexamplewith sales &training for top performanceina territorymarket
Leads and executes recruiting efforts tomaintainrequired staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations
Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates
Representsthe model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client, Walmart

What experience should you have?
Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proventrack recordof meeting or exceedingsales objectives.
Management experience preferred.
Wireless or related experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills,bothverbaland written
Proventrack recordin multi-tasking,personnel/resourcemanagement, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills
Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.We’llteach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store, as well as online, training.
