Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all equipment and facilities with a focus on plastic injection maintenance. You will also capitalize on down-time, analyze mechanical and operational problems, and make necessary adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
Responsibilities
Install, repair and maintain all equipment and facilities (Plastic Injection Maintenance repair)
Capitalize on down-time when machines go down
Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
Try out equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventive maintenance records
Review Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement; propose and implement continuous productivity, process and quality improvement actions for all facilities
Essential Skills
5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience with Hydraulics/Pneumatics
3+ years of Injection Mold Experience as a Maintenance Technician

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrison Township, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00
$5,000 sign on bonus. Direct placement. Benefits TBD. ----------------------------------------------------------
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Chesterfield,MI.
