Job Title: Skilled Laborer (WEEKLY PAY)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our team. Your role will involve performing property restoration services, with a primary focus on cleaning items damaged by fire or water. You will be responsible for organizing, cleaning, and documenting damaged items using computers/tablets. This position involves working on construction sites and at our headquarters.
Responsibilities
Perform property restoration services with a focus on cleaning items damaged by fire or water.
Spend time on construction sites and at headquarters.
Take damaged items from job sites, box them with labels, and bring them back to headquarters.
Clean items in designated cleaning rooms to remove soot, ash, and odor.
Use computers/tablets to take pictures of all items and document the progress.
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor, cleaning, and organizing.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Experience with demolition, environmental cleanup, property restoration, and property damage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be able to be on one's feet all day, except for driving to and from job sites.
Ability to lift/carry 1-10lbs constantly.
Should live within 30-45 minutes of Exton office for emergency responses.
Must be accessible and keep phone on at all times for contact.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
