HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual. This is a technical position requiring extreme attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain a focus on multiple data points and developments.
Examples of the tasks you can expect to complete regularly as a Program Analyst:
Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Work closely with customer stakeholders and multiple internal teams collaborating to develop actionable insights regarding project goals, progress, and implementation.
Participate in the development of project plans and timelines.
Track project progress utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) and update project documentation.
Conduct data analysis and create reports to help program managers make informed decisions.
Identify risks and issues that may affect project success and propose mitigation strategies.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Attend project status meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for change.
Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements.
Participate in special projects, as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
Required Experience: 2+ years of related finance or business analysis experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization.
Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency.
Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and clients.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,549 - $77,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
