Description

At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Our Retail Business Services (RBS) team is looking for a Program Manager to help expand its customer return reduction (aka) concession program. Objective of the program is to eliminate negative experience of the customers by leveraging upstream defect elimination as a mechanism.

Key job responsibilities

Forming and managing cross-functional project teams to drive key programs for our customers.

Adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects to achieve Business goals

Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of Business on various project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.,

This L5 program manager will focus on driving upstream defect elimination projects especially in the no longer wanted, missing parts & accessories and item pricing related life cycle categories

A day in the life

As a Program Manager, you will own the expansion of the customer return reduction through upstream defect elimination across WW, across product group and to all the customer types. The job involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement the solution, monitor and report the results to the Leadership, Assess and communicate the customer experience to the Leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
