Primary Responsibilities:
Drive platform solutions across Rx Consumer Engineering Portfolio
Lead delivery of a variety of consumer facing software application including React, React Native, and Adobe AEM as well as experience based APIs
Drive backlog prioritization and commitments
Partner closely with Experience Product partners to drive deliverables and consumer experiences
Partner closely with engineering teams to enable useful platform solutions related to UI engineering, content management, and configurable services
Create left shifted and high performing engineering teams and operational process
Own end to end quality and support of delivered software
Analysis, design and development of web applications and solutions
Lead, mentor and grow software engineers driving a best in class engineering culture
Own and manage portfolio finances related to capital, operational costs, and support including forecasting and staying within given budgets

Required Qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience building, leading, and supporting large scale enterprise applications and ecosystems
10+ years of experience with microservices and RESTful API delivery
10+ years of experience on Continuous Integration and Delivery, DevOps implementation
5+ years of experience with React and React native
5+ years of experience driving software modernization and strategy
5+ years of experience managing portfolio finances and budget
2+ years of experience with Adobe AEM and Content Management Solutions
Solid enterprise unit testing exposure (Karma/Junit/etc.)
Deeply embedded engineering culture driving engineering excellence across a portfolio
Proven exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Demonstrated success leading large engineering teams
Demonstrated solid ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
