Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Holds one or more (ICP-ACC/ PSM-III/ CSP-SM) certifications and must hold SPC certification.

  • Setup communities of practices.

  • Able to understand the difference between consulting, coaching, teaching and mentoring and when /how to apply them.

  • Work on organizational impediments.

  • Work with a few agile teams in helping them move towards high performance.

  • Coaching of individual(s) towards high performance.

  • At least minimum 2 years played as RTE or STE role.

  • Able to work with Senior Leadership levels in other functions like HR, Finance, Sales, etc. to drive transformation goals.

    Qualifications:

  • An Engineering degree or equivalent and a minimum of 18+ years of Industry experience. Out of which 6+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Product development experience is required.
