Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Holds one or more (ICP-ACC/ PSM-III/ CSP-SM) certifications and must hold SPC certification.
Setup communities of practices.
Able to understand the difference between consulting, coaching, teaching and mentoring and when /how to apply them.
Work on organizational impediments.
Work with a few agile teams in helping them move towards high performance.
Coaching of individual(s) towards high performance.
At least minimum 2 years played as RTE or STE role.
Able to work with Senior Leadership levels in other functions like HR, Finance, Sales, etc. to drive transformation goals.
Qualifications:
An Engineering degree or equivalent and a minimum of 18+ years of Industry experience. Out of which 6+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Product development experience is required.
