Roles & Responsibilities:
Expectation: Immediate join or max 15 days with min 4 years’ experience preferably from Casting/Forging/Welding structure metal removal of industrial product like, Engine parts, Automobile parts, Hydraulic parts
Education: BE/ME Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing
Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop offline Siemens NX CAM Program (Fixture Validation, Cutting tool selection & validation) and machining cycle time optimization
Develop Siemens NX CAM Post process development customization
Cutting tool database development using NX CAD i.e., Modeling, Assembly, Drafting
Required Technical Skills:
Manual NC Programming on Fanuc/Siemens control
Siemens Offline NX CAM Program, Vericut for simulation
Metal cutting operations in Turning, Milling, Drilling, grinding, Tapping, Reaming, Boring etc. and prove out experience in CNC machine type like VMC, HMC, VTC, 5-Axis, HTC
Working knowledge in NX Post Processor would be added advantage
