ADP IND(Chennai)-BOB-Team Leader - Implementation in Chennai, India

Position Title : Team Leader

Position Purpose : As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring that they are well trained to handle end to end payroll for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review daily client deliverables and ensure delivery is accurate and well ahead of the defined SLA’s.

  • Ensure the team adheres to the required procedures for payroll process including the strict usage of tools and checklists.

  • Be involved in client conversations during critical phases of implementation and provide relevant insight.

  • Suggest workable solutions to ongoing operational issues and risks.

  • Assign and review goals with your direct reports while providing constructive feedback on regular basis.

  • Continuously assess the quality and efficiency of the payroll process and drive continuous improvement.

  • Responsible for providing guidance, training and motivation for all direct reports.

  • Report information on any issues, errors and security incidents immediately to supervisor.

  • Conduct regular team huddles, monthly meetings and service review calls with clients

  • Collaborate with other teams especially Services and GPT to identify potential areas of improvement and for smooth handover and closure of client projects

  • or Growth: Takes bold action to strengthen business results

Experience :

  • Graduate with 6+ plus years of experience in handling operations and anchoring a small team

Qualifications:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in processing payroll and anchoring a small team.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong exposure in taxation and statutory laws is desired.

  • Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
