Responsibilities

Manager – Application development would be responsible for supporting HR application development using Powerapps technology & lead the query support both technical & process related araising out of application usage. As a Manager, you will ensure the prioritization of development, ensure best customer experience is created, support the team investigate and solve critical, complex, technical issues and employ problem isolation techniques and product knowledge to solve problems. You will use sophisticated tools and analysis requiring the highest skill level of conflict resolution and collaboration. You will be responsible for building robust relationships across the business engaging with high profile individuals in order to deliver a quality support experience enabling overall customer success. We are also passionate about knowledge sharing and prioritize continuous learning and feedback sessions to provide ongoing mentoring within the technical support community.Have a passion for HR, technology and continuous learning .

Qualifications

  • BE/MBA/ Masters or equivalent, specialization in Human Resource Management or IT Customer Service experience preferred

  • Knowledge on Powerapps would be preferable

  • Has minimum of 3 years of experience in development

  • 12+ years of experience in customer service preferable.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to customer queries

  • Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to use quality framework and tools for Trend Analysis, Root cause analysis, provide immediate and permanent fix for customer problems.

  • Ability to develop and maintain E2E processes, Desk Top Procedure and Knowledge base.

  • Strong Project management skills, influencing skills and ability to Train the team on an ongoing basis.

  • Possess initiative & drive; with strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels

  • Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment.

  • Ability to look at end to end process to improve employee experience

  • Highly collaborative with strong networking skills.
