Texas Instruments 社招-工艺技术员/Process Technician in Chengdu, China
作为TI的工艺技术员，您将在恒温的无尘室中工作，负责工厂的技术测试和实验，为工艺开发工程人员提供技术援助。您将和工厂的工程和制造团队进行沟通和交流，以高效解决产品制造过程中的问题。
岗位职责：
1.监控生产线状况，维持生产线的正常生产。
2.对运行中的设备进行设置、监控和审核，并向生产线操作员提供指导。
3.负责新产品监测，为工艺开发和工程人员提供技术援助。
4.支持工艺工程师进行技术测试和实验，保证测试过程并帮助工程部门发现质量相关问题。
5.监控、分析相关数据，第一时间处理产品和机台因异常情况。
6.进行数据收集和分析，审核判定产品和机台是否可以回归生产。
7.修改，新建特定机台的生产程序。
8.辅助工艺和测试工程师，对新产品、新机台进行评估、校验和调试。

职位要求：
1.大专学历，2年以上半导体行业相关工作经验；
2.电子/材料/物理/化学等理工科专业；
3.接受倒班工作，适应无尘室工作环境及全身连体无尘服；
4.基本的英文能力；
5.熟练掌握Word、Excel，C语言以及PowerPoint等办公软件；
6.快速的学习能力；
7.良好的自我驱动意识，以结果为导向；
8.较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
9.良好的沟通和表达能力；
10.较强的团队协作能力。
工作时间：
上班两天，休息两天。日班与夜班30天轮换一次。
日班：7：45-20：00，夜班：19：45-次日8：00。
