Job Summary: We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Assistant Director of Student Organizations and Leadership Programs. Under the guidance of the Director for Student Engagement and the PUB (SEP ), the Assistant Director leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive campus-wide Student Organizations and Leadership program on the EWU campuses in conjunction with the Associated Students of Eastern Washington University, Sorority and Fraternity Life, and other campus partners. The Assistant Director is additionally responsible for the general advising, program development and services that support the success of student organizations on the EWU campuses. This position participates in the planning and assessment of the Office of Student Engagement mission and yearly goals. This position actively collaborates with student leaders, faculty, staff, and Cheney and Spokane community to create positive community relations, leadership opportunities, and evaluation of the student organization community, risk management, and intervention. The Assistant Director holds a full-time, twelve-month, administrative exempt position that reports directly to the Director of Student Engagement. The position requires the ability to work frequent evenings and weekends.
