The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse operations and activities, including receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality .
This position reports to the Commercial Operations Manager and is part of the Commercial Operations Team l ocated in Dandenong South, Melbourne, Australia and will be an on-site role .
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide direction and support for the Warehouse Team and daily warehouse operations.
Managing the receiving, handling, outbound activities of the warehouse, ensur ing quality standards are met or exceeded.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management within a manufacturing environment
Warehouse Certificate III
Forklift license (Reach)
A thorough understanding of warehousing process
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Must have a valid forklift license, including Reach
Ability to lift, move and/or carry
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Positive attitude and willingness to work within a team environment
Good planning and organizational skills
