The Sr. Production Operator is responsible for cleaning production units, including steam generator operations, continuous tower unit processes, distillation units, and batch unit processing.

Position level and Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $45.700-$49,900

Your key responsibilities

  • Expertly pull, stage, pump, and drain blends. Skillfully start up, shut down, and clean centrifuges. Accurately fill drums to precise requirements.

  • Certified Forklift Operator. Efficiently unload and load trucks, and manage inventory across three warehouses. Seamlessly stage, label, and band orders for shipment.

  • Understand and flawlessly execute all paperwork associated with production orders. Handle SAP processing, sampling, and de-watering of incoming drums with ease.

  • Operate and meticulously clean production units, including steam generator operations, continuous tower unit processes, distillation units, and batch unit processing.

  • Keep all paperwork, production orders, shipping documents, and inventory up to date. Memorize codes and understand all oil types in use.

  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent and safe working condition, and production is closed properly. Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related items.

You bring

  • Exceptionally organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to take directions, learn quickly, and adapt to new and changing circumstances.

Master at multitasking and prioritizing projects. Computer literate, with the ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English, along with basic mathematical skills.

  • Comfortable working in areas with low to moderate noise levels and strong odors.

  • Capable of standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing stairs to manage supplies, as well as sitting at a computer or operating a forklift. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Excellent vision for close reading on computer screens and focusing across the warehouse. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) like steel-toed shoes. Willing and able to work in a facility with minimal temperature control and exposed to outside weather variations. Competent in operating in a food-safe environment.
