ManpowerGroup Customer Sales Representative in Cheektowaga, New York

Our client, a family run custom cabinetry company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of Customer Service supporting Sales team. The ideal candidate will have ability to talk in person to customers, upsell additional services or products and ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday

Location: Cheektowaga, NY

Pay Range: $20/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Answering phone calls from customers placing orders and providing sales quotes

  • Work close with sales representatives

  • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and upsell complimentary sales

  • Research product solutions for customers

What’s Needed?

  • Related experience in a similar experience

  • Knowledge of closet design, closet components or building materials experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

  • High School Diploma
