WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST Learning about our core TV products, services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and timely customer service Representing a Fortune 100 company and being the voice of Spectrum Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable and video services Interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more Resolving TV inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences Working in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team Were a large organization with bustling 24/7 call centers offering a variety of shifts. WHAT YOULL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing Skills: Communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, customer service Abilities: Dependable, professional, solution-oriented, results-driven, resilient SPECTRUM CONNECTS YOU TO MORE

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $25.25. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
