Quality Assurance Coordinator II

We are seeking a dedicate Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Chattanooga. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our entire portfolio of products.

Main Responsibilities:
Act as a back up to Quality Systems, Change Control Coordinator and assist by acting as site coordinator.
Internal auditor; Lead investigator for Quality Assurance
Assist as needed with investigations using GPS3 methodology.
Must complete or have already completed GPS3 training.
Manage QIT Program and Quality Projects, including local and global projects.
Connect Document Management
SOPs, Job Aides, Global Document Review
Environmental Monitoring QA and Supplier Quality
Audit coordination and logistics, including Health Authority and internal Global Quality inspections.
Assist where needed with Issuing Records, Updating/Revising Batch Records
Customs Letters, help with state registrations, TTB registration, maintain a schedule for registrations and due dates.
CARES Drug Product Reporting Submissions
Stability tables for Annual Reports
Artwork Labeling/Review and Approval for QA
Complaints investigations
About You
Bachelor’s degree in the sciences or other closely related field of study
Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance and quality systems in a FDA regulated environment
Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods/Consumer Healthcare industry preferred
