Insight Global Payroll Manager in Chattanooga, Tennessee
Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is hiring a Payroll Manager to work onsite in downtown Chattanooga. This individual will be responsible for leading a mid-sized, multi-site company to a centralized payroll department. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of a new HRIS system and managing all aspects of payroll. Additional responsibilities will include hiring and building a fully staffed department, auditing payroll processes, collaborating with various teams, and transitioning the current model to a centralized department. The Payroll Manager will be a confident leader who possesses an in-depth knowledge of complex payroll concepts and a strong ability to develop and lead a team. The primary responsibility of this role is to improve overall efficiency of payroll across multiple business sites.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience leading a payroll department
Experience implementing an HRIS System (UKG, Kronos, or Ultimate)
Experience auditing payroll processes
Experience hiring and building out teams Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
UKG implementation experience
Experience with prevailing wages
Experience with state-specific payroll regulations null
