Job Title: Temporary HR Recruiter (30 Hours/Week)

Location: Downtown Chattanooga

About the Role:

We are seeking a Temporary HR Recruiter to provide essential recruitment support for multiple locations across the United States. This role involves recruiting for positions in manufacturing, administrative, and general operational roles. This position is based on a long-term temporary project related to the implementation of new HRIS software.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job objectives, requirements, and potential fit with prospective candidates.

Utilize various technology platforms for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Facilitate communication with candidates via phone calls and emails, providing timely updates and feedback.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ year high volume recruiting experience is mandatory.

Expertise in recruiting for manufacturing, administrative, and general operational roles preferred.

Proficiency with various technology platforms and HRIS systems.

Superior communication skills in both written and verbal form.

Strong follow-up skills and the ability to establish rapport with potential candidates.

This 30-hours/week position is 100% onsite, and the salary will be based on the level of experience. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the HR Recruiting field within the manufacturing industry

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Applicant Track Systems

• Experience with conducting thorough Background Checks

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven experience in Recruiting, especially in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in Applicant Screening and ability to determine suitable candidates

• Experience in Conducting Phone Screens as part of the recruitment process

• Ability to conduct Drug Screens in compliance with company and legal requirements

• Demonstrated ability to Screen Applicants effectively and efficiently
