We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Package Designer in the retail entertainment industry based in Chatsworth, California, 91311, United States. As a Package Designer, you will be involved in the design and production of packaging, with a focus on toys and other packaged goods. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by coming up with innovative design concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement design concepts for packaging.

• Work on the production of packaging, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain a broad understanding of the toy and entertainment industry to create designs that are relevant and appealing.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create and edit designs.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the design aligns with the overall product vision.

• Ensure all designs adhere to company brand guidelines.

• Use your skills in Android Development and AB Testing to optimize the design process.

• Leverage your skills in Communication and Customer Service to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into your designs.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in Packaging Design, Toys - Games, and Graphic Design.

• Continuously improve your design skills and stay updated with industry developments.

Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop

• Experience in Android Development and AB Testing

• Familiarity with About Time project management software

• Strong understanding and experience in Packaging Design, particularly within the amusement/recreation or entertainment industry

• Knowledge of toys and games industry would be an advantage

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions

• Proven ability to create and increase brand awareness

• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with various departments

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
