    Instructional Coach – Glenwood Elementary School (2025-2026 School Year)

    Base Rate:$44,544 with Bachelor's degree and no experience (Certified Salary Matrix for 2025/2026 School Year)

    Overview:

    Ball-Chatham School District is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Titan Talent team as an Instructional Coach at Glenwood Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. As an instructional coach, you will serve as a leader in developing, implementing, and coordinating literacy instruction across the curriculum, guiding teachers, and helping enhance instructional practices to improve student outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an instructional leader in the development, implementation, and coordination of literacy instruction across the curriculum by guiding, directing, and modeling for staff.

  • Collaborate with teachers in designing instructional units and lessons.

  • Engage teachers in learning new instructional skills and strategies.

  • Research, analyze, and disseminate current research and resources on instructional practices that align with school improvement goals.

  • Use data and analysis of students' learning to assist classroom teachers in making decisions to improve instructional practices and interventions.

  • Develop a plan to evaluate the instructional support program’s effectiveness.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid Professional Educator License.

  • Knowledge of current curriculum, instructional trends, school improvement processes, technology use, and student assessment systems.

  • Ability to pass a fingerprint background check.

    Preferred Requirements:

  • Preferred teaching endorsement in English and/or Language Arts.

  • Preferred Master’s Degree in reading and/or curriculum instruction.
