Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our existing Titan Talent as the
Head Volleyball Coach at Glenwood High School!
Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

Salary includes the total for individuals who are NOT already employed in certified teaching positions for the school district. Certified staff receive the "base" plus TRS benefit.
WHAT DO HEAD COACHES DO?
Oversee all aspects of the volleyball program
Oversee the assistant coaches and relevant staff of the program
Prepare students mentally and physically for interscholastic competition
Accurately evaluate student-athletes' skills and abilities
Prepare daily practice schedules

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport
CPR Certification required prior to start of season
Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
