University of Virginia Open Rank Cardiologist - Structural Echocardiographer in Charlottesville, Virginia

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Virginia, School of Medicine, seeks candidates for an open rank, open track, Non-Invasive Cardiologist(s) with a focus on structural echocardiography to join its expanding Cardiology Division. Rank and tenure status are dependent upon qualifications. The University of Virginia is a leading center in structural valve clinical procedures and research. The incumbents will be responsible for providing echocardiography services for the structural team both within and outside of the structural catheterization laboratory. Some participation in general, non-invasive, cardiovascular services will be expected as well on inpatient and outpatient general cardiology services. The candidates will actively participate in the teaching program with cardiology fellows and medical house staff. Opportunities for research that is commensurate with experience and interest are available.
