Maintenance of plants will include irrigation, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, and pruning. Workers will pick, sort, and field pack berries. Workers will install season extension tools such as tunnels and floating row cover. Harvest will require workers to gently pull berries from the vines and place in flats as instructed. Only sound, acceptable quality berries are packed. Workers required to drive trucks and cars to move product and to drive to work in company car. Workers will follow safety rules and instructions. Workers will follow GAP standards/rules that assure food safety as instructed which include hand washing, use of restrooms and handling of produce. Tools and supplies paid for by employer will be properly cared for. Drive farm truck and gator.

Employer does not provide meals. Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dish-washing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services). Dining, kitchen/cooking facilities and other common areas are shared by all workers.

Employer provided transportation will be airplane, charter bus, employer operated vehicle, or other common means depending on the workers\' country or State of origin. All common means of transportation will meet applicable safety standards and will abide by 20 CFR 655.122(h)(1) & (2). If the worker completes the work contract period, or if the employee is terminated without cause, and the worker has no immediate subsequent H-2A employment, the employer will provide or pay for the worker\'s transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, (disregarding intervening employment) departed to work for the employer. If the worker has contracted with a subsequent employer who has not agreed in such work contract to provide or pay for the worker\'s transportation and daily subsistence expenses from the employer\'s worksite to such subsequent employer\'s worksite, the employer will provide or pay for such expenses. If the worker has contracted with a subsequent employer who has agreed in such work contract to provide or pay for the worker\'s transportation and daily subsistence expenses from the employer\'s worksite to such subsequent employer\'s worksite, the subsequent employer will provide or pay for such expenses. The employer is not relieved of its obligation to provide or pay for return transportation and subsistence if an H-2A worker is displaced as a result of the employer\'s compliance with the 50 percent rule as described in 655.135(d) with respect to the referrals made after the employer\'s date of need.
