Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team GIS Product Engineering Services (PES)-Operation Innovation.

As a Technical Project Manager, this role requires a blend of project management skills, Technical knowledge & Tech Writing skills to ensure the successful implementation of Global Infrastructure (GIS) IT Projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation & integration of applications. And ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data experts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Preferred Tech writer experience and should be able to create Technical documentation & presentations, dashboards

  • Experience in Microsoft tools like Jira, Confluence, cloud observability/monitoring tools

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Work closely with development teams, upstream & downstream partners to ensure alignment and accuracy.

  • Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions, considering factors such as cost, resource requirements, and technical constraints.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance client satisfaction through the delivery of innovative solutions and exceptional service.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the Splunk, AWS, AI Ops, data technology domain.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Familiarity with technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Project Management Certifications & AWS-AI Project Management certifications.
