Description:
Position Summary -Technical Business Analyst
Candidate should be able to identify, analyze and elaborate technical requirements. Previous full cycle Implementation experience and hands on experience will be a plus.
Required skills
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize projects meet deadlines, and make room for emergencies, as needed
Take the lead of scrum teams as the Technical Business Analyst
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Work with other developers to achieve better solutions to key design problems Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for product selection

Top Skills Details:
8-10 years of experience as a business analyst
Development background, must be able to articulate IT impact of business requirements
Must have experience working with product owners, agile meetings, planning etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Multi-tier application experience
Database experience - data analysis and extraction
Should be data savvy
Experience with audit or credit review products
