Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a social media specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC.

Job Description:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our clients achieve their marketing goals. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' marketing objectives and brand voice.

  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.

  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive analysis, and audience engagement.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster community interactions.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content.

  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.

  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance analysis.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably within a marketing agency.

  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
