Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking customer service-focused individuals to join our Information Technology Team at our headquarters located just outside downtown Charlotte, NC. We are the largest privately owned dealership group in the United States with over 120 locations and growing. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you are a member of our Help Desk team, providing technical support to our almost 11,000 teammates on a wide range of systems in a call center environment.

Our Senior Analysts use their experience, institutional knowledge and industry certifications to provide next-level problem resolution to our organization. A strong knowledge of supported applications, company networking and systems infrastructures, and/or a minimum of two years’ experience of supporting, installing and configuring applications on Windows 10 systems is required. Senior Analysts also serve as mentors for our Junior Analyst by providing guidance and assisting with ongoing training. Hendrick Automotive Group is known for its amazing work culture! Apply Today!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answering phone calls placed to the Help Desk and responding to requests for support made via ticketing system

  • Accurately logging all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps into ticketing system.

  • Providing professional and courteous assistance to our Teammates, with a genuine desire to understand and solve problems through to completion

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows 10 systems. Provide support for applications including Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds

  • Installing and configuring software on Windows 10 systems

  • Coordinating hardware replacements in the event of hardware failures

  • Processing requests for account changes

  • Participating in the continually improvement of Help Desk methodologies

  • Providing technical guidance to Junior Analysts
