About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables
Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Review, approve and submit complex money movement transactions
Resolve moderately complex issues and present recommendations for improvements while leveraging solid understanding of the Transaction and Processing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal and external customers if applicable
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced financial environment
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
Ability to prioritize conflicting deliverables in real time
Experience with basic accounting principles
Loan documentation and/or closing experience
Relationship management experience
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management
Experience in Commercial Mortgage Servicing
Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data including accounting functions
Experience in Treasury Sales
Job Expectations:
Ability to work outside normal business hours
Willing to work extended hours
