job summary:
Key responsibilities include creating the technology roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment. They are developing in the role of a Product Owner, possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. Ability to gather and document technical requirements.

responsibilities:
Leader of vendor-built technical products and in-house custom component development supporting a high-value transaction-processing application suite including managing vendor product & enhancement support, supporting LOB internal users, and leading small team managing patches, environment builds, & escalated production issues. Collaborates with QA, risk partners, & production support.
