Wells Fargo Product Management Senior Manager in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a 'Product Management Senior Manager' to lead the Commercial Bank through the next phase of our product transformation. This role reports to the Head of Product of Global Receivables and Trade and will be critical in driving strategic direction and delivering business impact. This role would lead a team of product owners and analysts to define and prioritize the product roadmap, work closely with partners across Technology, Business, other Products, and various other functional areas across the Commercial Bank to deliver critical business and operational initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Rally the team and stakeholders around a product vision and influence prioritization across partner teams
Drive the vision through to delivery for internal and external clients
Plan and execute large scale digital product implementations coordinating activities across partner teams and stakeholders, provide transparency into progress, and manage change and disruptions
Define OKRs for your team that align to tangible business / customer / risk outcomes
Lead the team in conducting customer discovery to deeply understand the needs of our internal and external customers, including dealers, manufacturers, underwriters, portfolio managers, and more.
Guide the team through translating customer insights into priorities and develop a strategic vision for the product that aligns with business direction
Use design-thinking principles to problem solving and product development that delivers better product experiences
Understand and effectively leverage technology in product design and delivery
Develop go-to-market plans for the implementation of new systems, features, and capabilities
Effectively manage and develop the team; foster a culture of talent development
Build effective and inclusive relationships with partners and stakeholders across several teams
The role requires:

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Management experience

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
