A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager, Regional Operations Teams, and Business Development Directors in the development and implementation of regional marketing strategies that align with both regional and overall corporate objectives, while upholding ARCO’s core values.

  • Generate creative ideas for company events, customer appreciation initiatives, philanthropic endeavors, and tradeshows.

  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in trade show coordination and execution, primarily focusing on lead generation, pre-show promotion, and follow-up efforts.

  • Manage the event planning process from concept to execution, including research, contracts, guest lists, venue preparation, event schedule, catering, equipment, marketing materials, etc. Events include client trips, regional community engagement efforts and fundraisers, groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and other special events.

  • Manage the design and assist with the procurement of promotional items, including holiday gifts and other client-facing items.

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design and maintain regional marketing collateral including brochures, proposals, sell sheets, resumes, fliers, email blasts, etc.

  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop content for the company website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.

  • Attend and participate in events and visit job sites to take photos as needed.

  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in maintaining mailing lists in Salesforce and managing follow-up efforts.

  • Provide administrative support to Business Development Managers, which may include securing travel arrangements, report generation, and sales tracking.

  • Collaborate with members of the ARCO Marketing Team, including those within the ARCO family of companies as needed.

  • Develop a fundamental understanding of the construction industry.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, work with, and present to leadership.

  • Understand and support ARCO’s values, brand, and business development goals.

  • Take a lead role in upholding and developing our work hard/play hard company culture.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of professional marketing or graphic design experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree preferred

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Premiere Pro a plus!Graphic design experience necessary.

  • Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce, Pardot or similar marketing automation software.

  • Excellent written communication skills; strong verbal and presentation skills.

  • Must thrive in a self-directed and fast paced environment. Be proactive in anticipation of business needs.

  • Availability to work in-office full time.

  • Construction or Engineering industry experience preferred but not required.
