What We Are Looking For?

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to manage key marketing operations including lead management, campaign operations, and management of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement instance (aka. Pardot). Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Demand Operations and a key member of our Marketing Operations team, the Marketing Operations Manager partners with global Marketing, Instrumentation and Sales Operations teams to build and optimize a global lead management program, execute, optimize, and report on marketing and operational campaigns on Pardot, and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a solid understanding of end-to-end lead management. The successful candidate communicates proactively, works around ambiguity, is data-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and has the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, global team. Also, although we have the utmost respect for our employees' work-life balance, from time-to-time flexibility is required to accommodate different time zones across the team (e.g. early morning meetings, late evening meetings).

You Will Be Responsible For:

Lead Management: Build and optimize a global lead management process with change management.

* Work with data to track leads on each step of the lead life cycle and work cross functionally with sales ops and instrumentation teams to identify gaps and pain points in the existing lead management process.

* Audit and suggest optimizations on the end-to-end lead management process including lead capture, lead qualification, lead routing, lead nurture, sales handoff, lead status definitions, user interactions with leads, etc.

* Co-own building and optimizing a lead scoring and grading program to qualify leads.

* Partner with Product Marketing to make recommendations on creation of a lead nurture program.

* Establish key metrics for lead management optimization, and partner with Instrumentation Team to build reports and dashboards for tracking.

* Design and document a process for an ever-green lead management optimization.

Campaign Operations: Support the Marketing Team with execution of marketing and transactional campaigns. Suggest optimizations for campaign performance based on data and best practices.

* Create forms, emails, reporting, automation, and engagement studio programs on Pardot.

* Use Stensul, an email creation platform, for the building of emails.

* Create lists and build segmentation for campaigns and programs based on list segmentations.

* Build workflows for drip campaigns including targeting and timing logic, if/then scenarios based on responsive behavior, call-to action logic, from logic, trigger logic utilizing the correct data points, and automated tasks.

* Oversee and execute complex automated marketing programs within Pardot and work closely with Program Managers.

* Build and/or improve campaign tracking and analytics and make recommendations on how to improve marketing metrics overall (conversion optimization).

* Audit and suggest optimizations on the campaign operations processes and ROEs.

* Enable best practice integration to marketing partners, including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization of email communications.

Other: As a key member of the Demand Operations Team, Marketing Operations Manager might be required to fulfill duties such as:

* Analyzing our marketing data to help us identify, segment, and target the appropriate audiences for programs.

* Driving improvements to our technology stack by evaluating technologies and managing integrations.

* Auditing our Account Engagement instance to suggest improvements to backend automations and workflows.

* Troubleshooting bugs or errors in Account Engagement.

* Supporting reporting requests on an adhoc or systematic basis.

* Build marketing operations process documentation for projects, programs or ROE as required.

Skills and Requirements

You Should Apply If You Have:

* BA in marketing, communications, or other related field (or equivalent professional experience).

* 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations role, Sales Operations experience is a bonus point.

* 3+ years of experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms.

* 2+ years with Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) and 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM is a must.

* Strong knowledge and understanding of Lead Management best practices.

* Knowledge and understanding of lead scoring models, experience in Pardot grading and scoring.

* Strong understanding of Marketing Operations best practices on campaign operations & optimization, data & reporting, backend automation set ups and marketing automation tech stack.

* Experience working in a large, global organization with decentralizing marketing teams and sales operations teams. And If You (Are):
