Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is in the logistics industry and is based in a professional office environment. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be essential in managing logistics and shipping processes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery of products
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy
• Utilize business systems such as CRM and ERP Solutions to process and track customer orders
• Oversee warranty claims and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Answer inbound calls and provide information regarding the product line
• Quote and price items accurately to meet customer needs and company standards
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
• Use 'About Time' and 'Cargowise' software for efficient asset inventory management
• Perform billing functions and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Coordinate customer shipments, ensuring all customs requirements are met. Requirements • Proficiency in Business Systems
• Familiarity with Cargowise software
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Understanding of ERP Solutions
• Capability to use About Time software
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Knowledge of Customs procedures
• Experience with Asset Inventory management
• Ability to manage Customer Shipments
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
