ManpowerGroup Loan IQ Business Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Loan IQ Business Execution Consultant to join their team. As a Loan IQ Business Execution Consultant, you will be part of the Commercial Banking division supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Loan IQ Business Execution Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Loan IQ front-end capabilities, ensuring efficient use and configuration of the platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system for booking bilateral, syndicated, and commercial real estate (CRE) loans.

  • Streamline operational workflows and align them with Loan IQ functionalities to enhance efficiency.

  • Execute and oversee the booking of bilateral, syndicated, and CRE loans while ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.

  • Partner with technology teams and loan operations teams to identify and resolve system or process gaps.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.

  • In-depth experience with Loan IQ front-end functionality, including configuration and usage.

  • Extensive domain knowledge in loan operations, particularly in bilateral, syndicated, and commercial real estate loans.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
